It's a buyer's market here in Panama City Beach, Florida and savy buyers are looking for great deals on investment properties. Homes and condos on the beach are being offered at unbeatable prices. Many of these properties are new or like new. They were constructed during the real estate boom here a few years ago but by completion time the market went haywire and the builders were unable to sell them.

Some of those homes and condos that were caught inbetween have become bank properties and are selling for half of what the builders and developers had hoped for. Dozens of properties are now in foreclosure. Many of these have never been lived in or in some cases never rented.
